Fabulous fireworks !

James’s Jellyfish have been learning all about Bonfire night. We’ve talked about being safe with sparklers, bonfires and fireworks. We have also talked about why we have Bonfire night. The children then worked together as a team to make a powder paint firework picture. First, the children made a frame using planks, then cleared away the leaves and twigs before pouring water onto the “blank canvas” ready to absorb the powder paint. The children formed a line and waited patiently for their turn before throwing the powder paint onto the picture. It’s safe to say everyone had a lot of fun and our final masterpiece looked spectacular!
